La prova d’ascolto NT2 Programma I (Luisteren) usa un olandese quotidiano di livello B1, su lavoro, studio e vita di tutti i giorni. Ogni frammento viene riprodotto una sola volta, quindi non puoi riascoltarlo.

Come mi preparo alla prova d’ascolto dell’NT2 Programma I?
Prima di tutto, sappi cosa ti aspetta. Il Luisteren dura 90 minuti e ha circa 40 domande su 5 o più testi d’ascolto. Ogni domanda ha 3 o 4 risposte, e solo una è quella giusta. Hai circa 25 secondi per leggere la domanda prima che parta il frammento, e da 1 a 3 frammenti sono brevi video. E ogni frammento viene riprodotto una sola volta. Il Goethe e il DELF ripetono alcune parti, ma qui non succede mai, quindi devi capirlo al primo colpo.
Quindi prima di iscriverti all’esame, prenditi il tempo per fare una simulazione. Quelle ufficiali sono gratuite e puoi farle a casa, sul tuo computer. Ti dà un’idea chiara del livello e ti aiuta a capire se sei pronto.
Esercitati al ritmo d’esame, non a quello dei podcast
L’ascolto dell’esame va abbastanza veloce. Aiuta esercitarsi molto con le simulazioni e con video veri, allontanandosi dai podcast parlati apposta lentamente. Sono utili quando inizi, ma non preparano il tuo orecchio alla velocità del test.
Nei frammenti le persone parlano di lavoro, studio e vita quotidiana alla stessa velocità che userebbero con chiunque altro. Questo è l’olandese normale, ed è su questo che conviene concentrare il tempo di esercizio.
Scegli video al tuo livello, con un po’ di sfida
Esercitati con video al tuo livello, ma scegline alcuni che mettano un po’ alla prova il tuo ascolto. Se tutto è facile, non stai allenando niente. Se non capisci quasi nulla, stai solo indovinando.
E se puoi, esercitati con un olandese o un’insegnante che ti faccia domande sui dettagli del materiale che stai usando. Dover rispondere a qualcuno ti fa ascoltare molto più attentamente di quanto faresti da solo.
L’esercizio d’ascolto da 20 secondi
Molti podcast e video hanno sottotitoli o una trascrizione. Ecco come li userei io. Prendi un pezzo breve, di circa 20 secondi, e lavoraci così:
Ascolta una volta senza guardare il testo. Cosa hai capito? Quali dettagli hai afferrato?
Di’ ad alta voce quello che hai sentito, oppure fatti fare una domanda dettagliata da qualcuno.
Ascolta di nuovo, sempre senza il testo, e vedi se la tua risposta cambia.
Ascolta una terza volta mentre leggi la trascrizione o i sottotitoli.
Passa al pezzo successivo e ricomincia.
Fallo per al massimo 30 minuti, e concediti una pausa dopo. Concentrarsi così a fondo richiede molta energia, quindi abbi cura di te e non esagerare. È un ottimo modo per allenare l’ascolto e abituarti a cogliere le informazioni che ti servono.
Puoi esercitarti così anche nella vita reale
Non ti serve uno schermo. In treno, mentre aspetti il caffè al tuo bar preferito, o quando le persone intorno a te parlano, ascolta allo stesso modo. Di cosa si tratta? Cosa hanno deciso? Conta tutto.
Gli olandesi usano molti intercalari
Diciamo sempre uhm, zeg maar ("tipo"), weet je wel ("sai"), nou ("beh") e hoe zal ik het zeggen ("come dire"). Riempiono il silenzio mentre pensiamo, e non portano quasi nessun significato.
Per l’esame, concentrati sul dare la risposta giusta. Cerca di filtrare queste parole e ascolta le parole chiave che hai appena letto nella domanda.
Una buona settimana ha entrambe le cose. Guarda olandese vero al tuo livello quasi ogni giorno, così il tuo orecchio si abitua alla velocità normale, e fai una simulazione completa ogni tanto, così il formato non ti sorprende il giorno dell’esame. Sii paziente con te stesso, e divertiti. Succes!

Com’è fatta la prova d’ascolto di livello B1?
La prova d’ascolto (Luisteren) dura 90 minuti e ha circa 40 domande a scelta multipla su 5 o più testi d’ascolto. Ogni domanda ha 3 o 4 opzioni, e solo una è corretta. Il Programma I e il Programma II hanno lo stesso formato; la differenza è il livello dell’olandese. Ecco cosa trovi:

Che livello e quante parole mi servono?
Per l’ascolto servono molte meno parole che per la lettura. Le ricerche mostrano che circa 3.000 parole comuni coprono circa il 95% del parlato normale, e le prime 1.000 coprono la maggior parte di quello che le persone dicono.
Il video è il modo più facile per capire, perché le immagini ti aiutano a intuire il significato. Quindi non ti serve un vocabolario enorme. Ti servono le parole comuni e tanta pratica di ascolto al tuo livello.

Abbiamo cercato noi al posto tuo. Controlliamo migliaia di video in olandese e misuriamo ognuno: il livello, la velocità del parlato in parole al minuto e quante delle sue parole sono comuni. Per questo pacchetto abbiamo tenuto video di livello B1 in olandese standard, a una velocità vicina a quella del test (circa 200 parole al minuto), dove circa il 97% delle parole è tra le più comuni nel parlato in olandese. Poi abbiamo letto le trascrizioni a mano per tenere gli argomenti quotidiani usati dal test, e abbiamo messo per primi i video più chiari e visivi. Circa 3.000 parole comuni coprono già circa il 95% del parlato normale (Nation 2006), quindi questo tipo di contenuti corrisponde bene al test.
Con che tipo di video devo esercitarmi per l’ascolto NT2 Programma I?
Usa un olandese vero, parlato a una velocità normale di tutti i giorni, nell’olandese dei Paesi Bassi e non in fiammingo. Scegli gli argomenti di lavoro, studio e vita quotidiana usati dal test, come vita quotidiana, viaggi e trasporti, società e attualità, lavoro, salute and casa. Non ti servono parole rare. Circa 3.000 parole comuni coprono la maggior parte del parlato normale (Nation 2006), quindi i contenuti costruiti sulle parole parlate più comuni corrispondono bene al test. Un buon mix è fatto di un breve servizio giornalistico, un’intervista, una conversazione quotidiana e una spiegazione chiara, perché i frammenti dell’esame suonano così. L’audio dell’ascolto NT2 viene riprodotto una volta o due?
Una sola volta. Nello Staatsexamen NT2 Luisteren ogni frammento viene riprodotto una sola volta, e l’audio parte da solo. Altri esami, come il Goethe o il DELF, riproducono alcune parti due volte, quindi qui non aspettarti una seconda occasione. La preparazione migliore è esercitarti a capire una registrazione al primo ascolto, senza tornare indietro.
Mi serve il Programma I o il Programma II?
Il Programma I è di livello B1. È adatto a chi studia a livello mbo o lavora a livello mbo-3 o mbo-4. Il Programma II è di livello B2 ed è adatto a chi studia o lavora a livello hbo o universitario. Per la naturalizzazione contano entrambi. Non devi superare il Programma I prima di sostenere il Programma II.
Il Programma I basta per la cittadinanza olandese (naturalizzazione)?
Sì. Per la naturalizzazione serve l’inburgeringsexamen di livello A2, oppure lo Staatsexamen NT2 di livello B1 o B2. Il diploma del Programma I conta, e il B1 è un livello sopra il minimo A2, quindi lo stesso diploma dimostra anche un olandese più alto per lo studio e il lavoro.
Posso prepararmi gratis?
Sì. L’esercizio gratuito più simile all’esame vero è l’ambiente di esercitazione ufficiale dell’NT2, dove puoi provare esami reali per entrambi i programmi al computer, incluso il Luisteren. Dopo, la cosa migliore e gratuita che puoi fare è ascoltare molto olandese vero al tuo livello. Inizia con i 99 video qui sopra, oppure guardane altri su YouTube o qui su Reelang.
Quanto costa lo Staatsexamen NT2?
Ogni parte dell’esame costa 50 euro, quindi le quattro parti di un programma completo (lettura, ascolto, scrittura e produzione orale) costano 200 euro in totale. Puoi sostenere le parti separatamente, e puoi ripetere una parte che non hai superato.
In cosa i video sono diversi dagli audio dei libri di testo?
Gli audio dei libri di testo sono spesso lenti e molto chiari, con attori che parlano con cura. I video veri usano una velocità normale e voci vere, il che è più vicino al test. Le immagini ti aiutano anche a intuire le parole che non conosci ancora. Nell’esame NT2 questo conta doppio: da 1 a 3 dei frammenti dell’esame sono a loro volta brevi video.
