Cosa significa «belezvalók» nella cucina ungherese?
Belezvalók è un composto ungherese formato da bele (dentro [esso]) + való (che va messo), letteralmente le cose che ci vanno dentro. L’ungherese costruisce i sostantivi accostando questi elementi chiari: gulyásba való (per il gulasch), levesbe való (per la zuppa), süteménybe való (per la torta). Belezvalók al plurale indica l’intero elenco degli ingredienti che servono per un gulyás o un főzelék.
